REST IN PEACE: Workers in the health wing of the Thiruvananthapuram city corporation are performing the last rituals as per Indian Hindu tradition, before cremating the remains of a man who died of COVID-19. Ideally such rituals are performed by the family of the deceased, but as the COVID protocol does not allow the family to attend the cremation, the task is undertaken by the health officials.
